The kettle features a 32-inch diameter and a 24-inch depth, supported by a robust tubular leg frame with locking casters for stability. Equipped with a flip-up cover and a 1½-inch tri-clamp center bottom discharge system with a ball valve, it offers a seamless operation with 15-inch ground clearance. The kettle can withstand a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 90 PSI at 332°F and features a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of -20°F at 90 PSI.
