Description
The Perkin Elmer LS-50B Luminescence Spectrometer is designed for a wide range of sensitive biochemical applications, including fluorescence, phosphorescence, and bio-chemiluminescence. Equipped with excitation and emission monochromators and polarizers, the LS-50B facilitates fluorescence polarization, anisotropy, and ratio measurements. Commonly used in kinetics for competitive ligand binding assays with a millisecond timescale, this spectrometer provides a scanning range of 200-900 nm, offers gated photomultiplier operation up to 650 nm, and is equipped with interchangeable red-sensitive photomultiplier for use up to 900 nm. Precision is achieved with a wavelength accuracy of ±1.0 nm. Note: Unit powers on but is missing components and is sold AS-IS. Refer to images for details.
