The Countess II Automated Cell Counter by Invitrogen is a benchtop assay platform with state-of-the-art optics, full autofocus, and image analysis software. It offers rapid assessment of cells in suspension with brightfield and optional fluorescence channels. This unit represents cutting-edge technology for eliminating manual cell counting variability and increasing counting speed. Its flexibility allows for the user-selectable EVOS light cubes. This device provides a total cell count, reports viability, and measures average cell size in as little as 10 seconds.
