As part of the PA-5000 series, it offers predictable throughput levels of up to 20 Gbps through dedicated, function-specific processing, ensuring efficient networking, security, content inspection, and management. This robust system comes equipped with 10Gbps firewall throughput with App-ID enabled and a threat prevention throughput of 5Gbps. It supports multi-tenant environments and service providers by providing support for up to 2,000,000 sessions and 4,000 IPSec VPN tunnels. The PA-5050 includes 12 10/100/1000 interfaces, 8 Gigabit SFP ports, and 4 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports with redundant 450W AC power supply. Featuring management access via separate data and control planes for reliability, it's ideal for securely enabling applications with PAN-OS. Comprised of high availability features, this model is an excellent fit for demanding security environments.
