The Thermo Scientific PikoReal 96 Real-Time PCR System offers excellent qPCR performance in a small footprint, making it ideal for both personal use and field applications. The system's superior thermal performance, precise temperature control, and five optical channels facilitate multiplexing, resulting in reliable and reproducible quantification results. The PikoReal software enables remote monitoring of qPCR experiments and provides modules for various types of quantification, melting curve analysis, allelic discrimination, and High Resolution Melting (HRM). The uniquely designed heating block and small plate format allow significant savings in plastics and reagent consumption, reducing the cost of research and producing less plastic waste.
