Description
The SEDERE SEDEX 75 Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) from France excels in detecting compounds and offers a high sensitivity photomultiplier and a polychromatic tungsten halogen lamp. Designed for use in HPLC, micro-HPLC, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), GPC, or CCC, it features a redesigned evaporation tube and four nebulizer options to enhance uniform droplet size and sensitivity. With a low temperature evaporation capability, this ELSD supports ambient to 100°C (and up to 140°C for GPC high temperature units). Sensor drift is minimal (<1mV/hr) with manual, auto, and remote zero controls, and supports a flow rate from 0.1 to 5mL/min (or 10 to 150L/min in micro-HPLC). Its detection limit is impressively low, capable of detecting less than 5ng of glucose on column. Condition is described as 'Very Good' with confirmed functionality.
