Description
The Dionex Lot: 010-21-152 Bio LC CarboPac PA20 3x150mm Analytical Column is a versatile and high-performance component suitable for high-sensitivity mono- and disaccharide analyses in glycoprotein therapeutics, foods, and beverages. This new refurbished column separates simple sugars with high resolution using strong anion-exchange chromatography and pulsed amperometry detection (PAD). It achieves baseline resolution of six common monosaccharides from mammalian glycoproteins. Designed with a 3x150mm dimension and constructed with 6.5m diameter nonporous beads and Thermo Scientific Dionex Micro Bead resin, it ensures high-efficiency separations without the need for derivatization. Ideal for researchers looking to analyze glycoprotein oligosaccharides, dietary fibers, and complex carbohydrates. Although it is fully functional and ready to use, please note that power/data cables, computers, and software are not included.
Key Features
- High-resolution sugar separations
- Compatible with pulsed amperometry detection (PAD)
- Excellent separation without derivatization
- Slightly different selectivity than PA1 or PA10 Columns
- Highly efficient with low eluent consumption
