The VWR Model 5L Water Heater Circulator is a versatile bath with dual thermostat suitable for a wide variety of general laboratory applications. It has steeply gabled, polycarbonate covers that accommodate varying heights of glassware and tilt aside for loading and removing of samples, allowing for clean drainage. The safety set thermostat disconnects power if temperature rises too high or liquid level drops too low. The bath with microprocessor control and electronic calibration allows temperatures to be set and recalled with three user-defined preset buttons. It features an alarm that sounds if the bath exceeds the preset limit, and a lockout LED panel that displays the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. The analog control bath features stainless steel reservoirs, see-through polycarbonate cover, and -20 to 150°C (-4 to 302°F) alcohol thermometer. The unit is in very good condition, has been tested to ensure it is working, and can be used as a standalone system or as part of a larger setup. It passes function tests and is confident to support warranty.
