Description
Manufactured by Penguin Filter Pump Industries, the Penguin P-2 vertical immersible pump is used and in very good condition, showing minimal cosmetic wear while maintaining full functionality. Tested for basic functionality, this pump is ideal for handling corrosive solutions including acids and alkalines at temperatures up to 180 degrees F. The body is entirely constructed of CPVC with PTFE wear rings and impellers for optimum durability. It features self-priming capability when immersed and is equipped with a three-phase, totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor. Enhanced corrosion resistance is provided by a two-part epoxy coating. This equipment is built to save on space, requiring minimal tank footprint, while efficiently facilitating processes like pumping, agitating, filtering, or circulating fluids. Featuring a maximum flow of 112 GPM and achieving a maximum head of 75 TDH, it is powered by a robust 2 HP motor. Please note that the motors are shipped unwired, and standard air purge helps improve motor bearing life.
