The GE Wave Bioreactor System 2/10EH offers users a digitally controlled, cost-effective cell culturing instrument. This cell culture device provides scalable cell culturing possibilities with the control of key parameters available in several different configurations. The system allows for gentle rocking motion, mixing and transferring oxygen into the culture medium. It creates a closed, controlled environment for optimal cell growth without the need for a laminar hood. It controls and monitors speed, aeration and temperature, enabling high-density expansion of cells while reducing production time by nearly 60% of static culture growing. The system is compact, digitally controlled, and offers a touch keypad and digital display for easy parameter setting. It is equipped with stainless steel and aluminum construction, has a rocking rate of 10-25 rpm, aeration rate of 0.1-0.3 lmp, rocking angle of 2 to 9 degrees, temperature range of 10 - 50°C, and noise level of less than 70 dBa. This item has been tested for basic functionality.
