Unit has some wear from normal use. This high-performance, modular liquid chromatography system is designed for the purification and analysis of proteins, peptides, and other biomolecules. The system is widely used in academic, industrial, and pharmaceutical research for protein purification, characterization, quality control, and drug development. The AKTA FPLC System simplifies the transition from laboratory to full-scale production and ensures predictable and trouble-free scale-up to production. It is available with monitor UV-900 for multiple wavelengths detection or UPC-900 for combined measurement of UV absorption, pH, and conductivity.
