The Gilson 306 HPLC Pump is a cost-effective and dependable solution for analytical to preparative HPLC. With interchangeable pump heads that accommodate flow rates ranging from 10 L/min to 200 mL/min, this pump is available in isocratic, binary, and tertiary configurations. It is designed for multi-pump applications and can be controlled either by a computer with Gilson software or by a Gilson 305 Master pump acting as a system controller. The 305/306 Pumps can be used in either isocratic or gradient HPLC with a wide range of flow rates from 10 L/min to 200 mL/min. The simple control allows for reliable chromatographic separation using easy method development through TRILUTION LC software or using a standalone keypad. Accessories to enhance the pumping action include manometric modules, dynamic mixers, and an external pulse dampener. The hydraulic system of the pump is a reciprocating pump with a single-piston interchangeable head, allowing for an operating pressure of 0.160 MPa (1-600 bar, 14.5-8700 psi) depending on the pump head used.
