The Flexicon Allen Brandley FP50 Control Panel is a compact aseptic liquid filling system ideal for small-to-medium sized batches within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. It has been tested to specifications and has slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. The FP50 uses an integrated, highly accurate peristaltic dispenser to ensure optimum filling accuracy for volumes from micro-volumes, preventing costly overfilling of expensive liquids. With automatic gas purging, a complete change-over can be done by the operator within five minutes without any technical support from outside the cleanroom. The system offers an excellent return on investment, with short and reliable delivery time reducing project costs. The FP50 is customizable, ideal for flexible small batch production, can handle vials from 2R to 100H with full or partial stoppering, and offers a small footprint for LAF bench or RABS installations.
