The Mesa Biotech Custom Accula Test Kit Ultrasonic Assembly & Combo Vision Station is a custom setup designed for Mesa Biotech Accula cartridge manufacturing on a worktable. It includes the Branson 2000x Series Ultrasonic Assembly Welding System Acutator AED w/ 2000XDT and the Combo Vision System. The Branson 2000X Series ultrasonic assembly systems offer various system models with different process control levels and functionalities to match application needs. This versatile system can optimize production with clean, fast welds, joining rigid thermoplastics, flexible packaging, fabrics, and films. The ultrasonic technology allows for precise process controls with multiple weld modes, four output frequencies, and several actuator options. The Mesa Biotech setup has been tested individually for basic functionality and is in good condition with slight wear from normal use.
