The VWR Symphony SCPMF-3020 Solid Door Laboratory Freezer is designed for stable and reliable cold storage at -20C. This pre-owned unit has been tested to function correctly, reaching a temperature of -24C, despite some cosmetic wear such as a damaged and reattached top rack door panel, and a bottom door panel that is detached from its hinge. These issues do not impact performance. With a 20 cu.ft capacity, this freezer features a manual defrost mechanism to prevent temperature spikes, a digitally controlled microprocessor for precise temperature monitoring and maintenance, and audio-visual alarms to alert users to any temperature deviations. The interior comes equipped with fixed evaporator shelves for uniform cooling and a sample-simulated temperature probe ensuring accurate temp reports. Suitable for scientific and industrial applications requiring stable, controlled freezing environments.

***This freezer was tested to specifications. We ran this unit overnight at our facility and was able to reach -24C on our temperature gauge. Unit is preowned some wear from normal use, (top rack door panel was damaged and reattached, bottom door panel is not connected to hinge.) Note: (damage to door panels does not affect functionality.) Buyer can expect the same item pictured with 30-day warranty. See photos for details.
