Multiple vision systems, along with an automatic stencil wiper and pneumatic paste dispenser, provide comprehensive process control. The SPM provides flexibility with the potential for ultra-fine pitch printing down to 12 mil or better, making it suitable for small manufacturing facilities, international corporations, or R&D centers.
