Description
The Xcellerex/Cytiva XDR-50 single-use stirred-tank bioreactor is designed for versatile bioprocessing applications. Conditioned as G (Good), this unit powers on and performs basic tests; however, additional diagnostics indicate a need for connection to a control console for full testing. Designed for scalability, it features a maximum working volume of 50L, supporting batch, fed-batch, and perfusion modes, making it adaptable for various applications and molecule production. The modular design with components like a jacketed stainless-steel vessel ensures precise temperature control. It's engineered for ease of configuration within facilities and includes power and data cables along with a power cord.
Technician comment
XDR 50 powers on but under menu diagnostics states (S1 No Solution Gnd & S1 Out of Range) also (Fault S2 RTD Open. 1 Check RTD wiring connections, 2 Check RTD for opens and shorts) Unit needs to be connected to control console to fully test. See photos for details.
