The Xcellerex XDR-50 from Cytiva is a 50L single-use bioreactor designed for modular and scalable bioprocessing in cGMP and non-cGMP environments. This bioreactor supports batch, fed-batch, and perfusion modes, offering flexibility for scientists to adapt to various production goals. The XDR-50 combines robust, stirred-tank performance with the convenience and cost-effectiveness of single-use technology. The jacketed 304 SS vessel ensures precise temperature control while the industrial automation facilitates process control and data management. With a volume turn-down ratio of 2:1 and a maximum working volume of 50L, the XDR-50 is engineered for seamless scalability consistent with traditional stainless-steel units.

XDR 50 powers on but under menu diagnostics states (S1 No Solution Gnd & S1 Out of Range) also (Fault S2 RTD Open. 1 Check RTD wiring connections, 2 Check RTD for opens and shorts) Unit needs to be connected to control console to fully test. See photos for details.
