The Wave Biotech 20/50EH Bioreactor Platform is designed for versatile cell culturing, protein manufacturing, and vaccine production. This used unit features a base rocker accommodating 20 to 50-liter capacity wave cell bags, eliminating cross-contamination risks. The system includes a lid and touch screen controller to set temperature, time, and rocking speed. With a rocking rate of 25 to 40 rocks per minute and adjustable heating between ambient +10C to 50C, it's ideal for handling culture volumes of 100 mL to 20 L. Though showing slight cosmetic wear, the unit powers on and performs basic tests successfully, lacking further accessories for full operation. It does not include a computer. This benchtop system is perfect for scale-up projects delivering efficient, contamination-free cell growth processes.
