The Q Exactive Plus LC-MS/MS system not only offers broad screening capabilities but also excels at targeted quantitation experiments. The system has a scan rate of up to 12 Hz, a resolution of 280,000 at m/z 200, and a mass accuracy of < 3 ppm RMS error with external calibration and < 1 ppm RMS error with internal calibration. Its features include higher energy collisional dissociation (HCD) and an S-Lens ion source for increased sensitivity.
