The High Purity New England Quattroflow 1200 is a used single-use diaphragm pump, designed to handle flow rates from 0.1 to 20 liters per minute, with a maximum pressure of 58 psi (4 bar) and capable of running dry. Its robust construction includes a disposable wetted pump chamber made of solid polypropylene, and it operates with an AC motor suitable for external VFD. Maximum temperature for fluids is 140°F, and for autoclaving, it is up to 266°F. With an impressive pump speed range of 30 to 2,400 RPM, this system can effectively manage suction lift dry at 1,800 RPM, supporting fluid processes where reliability is critical. It features a 3 or 5 shaft eccentric design, optimizing performance for specific requirements in pharmaceutical and life science applications. As it passes all functional tests and shows little cosmetic wear, its usability remains highly dependable.
