The Cytvia AxiChrom 140/300 Chromatography Column is designed for efficient low-pressure chromatography processes, offering an inner diameter of 140 mm. This new unit, still in its original packaging, features intelligent packing with UNICORN software that automates column packing for faster startup and reproducible results. It is ideal for scalable process development to full-scale production. The column includes a robust rotating pivot stand for easy emptying and superior access to bed supports. It is constructed from borosilicate glass and 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with GMP environments. The column can be autoclaved and operates at pressures up to 6 bar, making it compatible with Capto and MabSelect SuRe families of chromatography resins.
