This used Thermo HyPerforma Single-Use Mixer (SUM0200.6298) is a versatile 200L jacketed mixer featuring a DC motor and touchscreen console. It is designed for both upstream and downstream mixing applications in bioprocessing. Despite slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use, it functions well and powers on without known issues. The mixer offers ergonomic design, effective data management, and standardized mixing in applications such as powder media hydration and downstream intermediate pooling. Easy-to-use features include an automated touchscreen console providing pH, conductivity, and temperature measurements, along with automated titration and vessel fill/harvest control. The mixer can be integrated with HyPerforma G3 Bioprocess Controllers or other manufacturers' systems, and TruBio automation software for optimal data acquisition.
