The Shimadzu SPD-10A UV-Vis Detector, manufactured in the United States, is ideal for analytical chemistry applications, including the quantitative determination of transition metal ions, highly conjugated organic compounds, and biological macromolecules. It offers nine levels of response, arbitrary two wavelengths in measuring, and samples at 1.2 seconds per wavelength. With a cell volume of 8 uL and pressure tolerance of 12 MPa, this very good condition, used unit ensures reliable performance. This unit supports 120V/220V and functions confidently as either a standalone device or within a system setup. Computer is not included.
