The Nautilus Systems Adhesive Component Applicator PL100i-EP is a unit designed for highly accurate and reliable placement of die-cut adhesive components. It features a closed-loop feedback system for monitoring material travel and precise feed location verification. The unit is configured for integration into automated assembly solutions and includes a pneumatic precision-guided Tamp actuator assembly, a Payoff assembly, and a powered Take up (rewind) assembly. Custom Component Tooling (CCT) allows rapid changeover without the need for tools. It has a 100 x 100mm component capacity and offers maximum accuracy with measured results as good as +/- 0.035mm. The EP Accuracy package provides even higher resolution monitoring.
