Description
The Invitrogen MPK5000 Neon Transfection System is an advanced solution for nucleic acid delivery into mammalian cells, including primary, stem, and hard-to-transfect cells. This used model, tested and verified to specifications, offers up to 90% efficiency in various cell types. Although it has slight cosmetic blemishes, it remains fully functional and includes a Neon Pipette Station. Its patented electroporation technology uses a biologically compatible pipette tip chamber, enhancing cell survival significantly. The system supports multiple formats, from 6-Well Plates to Flasks, allowing versatile electroporation parameters for high cell viability and transfection quality across a wide range of protocols. Note: Power cord is provided; computer, software, and additional accessories are not included.
