The BOEKEL Scientific THE JITTERBUG Incubated Microplate Shaker, model 130000, is a heated microplate shaker suitable for immunoassays like ELISA, PCR, and other research procedures requiring the heating and shaking of microplates. It includes an inner lid to reduce the risk of contamination and can accommodate two standard microplates or strip trays. With independently set temperature, shaking speed, and mixing duration, it offers excellent stability due to its chamber in a chamber design. This microplate shaker features smooth, quiet operation, select from 8 mixing speeds, and inner lid to reduce the risk of biohazard contamination. It can accommodate standard 96, 384, and 536 plates. The speed range is 575 to 1500 rpm, orbit of approximately 1mm, rotating counterweight mechanism, temperature range of ambient to 40C, temperature resolution of 0.1C, temperature uniformity better than 0.4C with cover, warm-up time typically 15 minutes, and timer range from 1 second to 99 min. 59 sec. Pulse operation at 1500 rpm for 3 seconds. This unit has been tested to specifications and has slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use.
