Instrument fans are running but the front panel status LEDs remain off, indicating an unresolved internal power or control/display issue; further diagnostics are required. Connect to software to test connectivity. Cabinet shows minor cosmetic wear & chipped paint, the right-side retractable carrying handle is broken, and the ACPI‑ESI D‑sub connector on the ion source mount is missing. See photos for details.
