The Broadley-James Corp D540-B320-PT-D9 OxyProbe II, manufactured in 2011, is a fully functional dissolved oxygen sensor ready for use. This turnkey unit has been refurbished to ensure optimal performance. It features a new membrane design with an expandable silicone bladder within a 316L stainless steel cage, aiding in the prevention of damage during autoclaving or SIP processes. The sensor uses a standard D9 connector with hermetically sealed gold-plated contacts and a glass insulator for superior signal isolation. Streamlined maintenance allows for quick membrane replacement on-site, and the modular design minimizes inventory of spare parts. Hygienically polished with an N5 surface finish, the sensor is autoclavable, sterilizable, and compliant with FDA and USP Class VI standards, ensuring reliable performance in laboratory environments.
