The Maguire WSB-140 Weigh Scale Blender is a gravimetric blender designed for precision dosing and mixing applications in plastic and additive manufacturing. This blender, from Maguire's 100 Series, efficiently processes up to four material components, achieving a throughput of 350lb/h to 475lb/h. Equipped with a unique Micro-Pulse™ metering system, it ensures precise dosing with a precision of 0.1% per blend. The self-calibrating mechanism and microprocessor-control technology maintain accuracy, detecting and compensating for any weight variations. It includes a stainless steel slide gate for material dosing and supports various extrusion and molding applications.
