Description
The Shimadzu RF-10AXL Fluorescence Detector is engineered with a compact, modular design to fit seamlessly into any existing HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) system. Paired with the SCL-10Avp system controller for enhanced compatibility, this detector easily integrates using fiber optic communication for a plug-and-play configuration within the Shimadzu LC-10A Series. Designed with advanced GLP functions, it includes self-diagnostics, maintenance alerts regarding lamp lit hours, lamp energy, and span calibration for reliable usage. Although this used unit displays minor cosmetic imperfections (refer to pictures for details), it remains fully functional with an excellent condition classification of 'Very Good'. Notably, the light source is a 150W High Precision Xenon lamp, coupled with concave blazed holographic grating monochromators, enabling a measuring wavelength range of 200 to 650 nm, expandable to 900 nm optionally. The detector features a spectral bandwidth of 15 nm on both excitation and emission sides, a wavelength accuracy of +/- 0.2 nm, and offers a sensitivity with an S/N ratio of 300 for the Raman line of distilled water.
