Description
The Bio Rad ProteOn XPR36 Protein Interaction Array System, a sophisticated SPR optical biosensor, provides real-time analysis of protein interactions including their affinity, specificity, and kinetics. Featuring a 6 x 6 interaction array, this system allows for the simultaneous analysis of up to six ligands and six analytes, enabling 36 different protein interactions in a single run on one chip. Designed to enhance throughput and flexibility, it's particularly useful for antibody characterization, drug development for large and small molecules, protein interface analysis, and complex cascade analysis. This used unit is currently functional; it powers on but lacks software for comprehensive testing. Users benefit from its novel design, real-time data acquisition, and its ability to perform complete kinetic analyses without needing radiochemical or fluorescent labels.
