The SHD-25 hopper dryer by SHINI USA is a standard hopper dryer used for drying hygroscopic plastics, such as PS, PP, and ABS, with a maximum drying temperature of 160 degrees. It offers an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying, saving space and enhancing efficiency by directly mounting on the moulding machine. With a capacity ranging from 12 to 1,000kg, the SHD-25 series is suitable for drying raw materials and recycling materials, such as ABS, PA, PBT, PC, PE, PET, PMMA, PP, POM, PPS, PS, PUR, PVC, and more. It is not suitable for drying powder materials, food, chemical medicine, inflammable, explosives, or volatile goods. The hopper dryer is equipped with several features like heat-insulated blower, double-layer insulation structure, stainless steel material contact surfaces, overheat release function, one-week timer, intermittent operation function, and a maximum drying temperature of 160 degrees. It offers optional accessories such as magnetic base, RS485 interface, 24V microcomputer, and insulated hopper options. The SHD-25 hopper dryer is ideal for a wide range of applications in laboratory and manufacturing settings.
