Description
The APM (All Packaging Machinery) Sealer TCBSDM 3/8 - 6X3 is an advanced tabletop conveyor band sealer specifically designed for sealing stand-up pouches with precision. This robust system achieves high-quality, hermetic seals up to 3/8” width using heavy-duty, wear-resistant laminated Teflon bands and can accommodate an upgrade to a 7/8” wide seal. It features a 5” heating and cooling zone, supporting materials such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates, Nylon, and Foil with efficient synchronization of the lower support conveyor. Powered by a synchronous motor, it operates at variable speeds of up to 35 feet per minute, with digital temperature control maintaining heat up to 450°F, ideal for various industrial packaging needs. Built with stainless steel and chrome, this system assures durability, requires no compressed air, and adapts with a crank handle height adjustment for easy loading. It's a stand-alone piece with little cosmetic use, in excellent condition.
