The Electrothermal HM1000-HS1 Soft-Jacketed Heating Mantle is designed for laboratory use, offering a compact and economical solution for heating flasks with a capacity of 1000 ml. This preowned unit, made by Electrothermal, maintains a temperature range up to 482°C and operates at 120 volts with a power consumption of 380 watts. Constructed of a flexible fiberglass cloth exterior, it is designed to fit in small spaces while providing effective heating to the bottom half of a flask, allowing visibility of the contents. Despite being used and having some cosmetic wear, the mantle appears to be functional as it powers on and passes basic tests. Please note it is missing a power cord and has not been fully tested. Ideal for laboratories needing reliable heating equipment without extensive wear.
