The Branson Actuator AED 1.5 2000X Ultrasonic Welder is a robust unit ideal for manual, semi-automated, and fully automated welding systems. This preowned piece of equipment shows minimal wear from regular use and has been tested to ensure it meets specifications. It does not include the XDT power supply, and the E-stop switch is loose. Designed with pneumatic and mechanical controls, the 2000X AED can operate in various positions and is equipped to perform ultrasonic welding on thermoplastic parts by using high-frequency vibrations. With its built-in Amplitude Stepping, Digital Horn Test Diagnostics, and Pretrigger capabilities, it ensures consistency and strength in part assembly.
