The 2016 GE AKTA Pure 25 M Chromatography System offers a flexible and intuitive solution for fast purification of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids, catering to microgram to gram scale purification needs. This preowned unit shows slight wear from normal use but remains functional for all standard operations. With dual wavelength support at 260 and 280 nm, it allows for complex purification tasks and can be customized through modular design options and UNICORN software. The system supports affinity, size exclusion, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and reversed phase chromatography — ideal for laboratory purification processes. Despite its untested state due to lack of software, there are no known functional issues. It includes a power cord and is designed for use in a laboratory setting.
