Product Information

The Broadley-James Corp D540-B120-PT-D9, also known as the OxyProbe II, is an advanced dissolved oxygen sensor and membrane cartridge kit designed for accurate and consistent oxygen measurement. Made in the United States, this system is fully functional and ready for use, having been refurbished to ensure maximum reliability. The kit includes a 25 ml bottle of electrolyte, four membrane cartridges, and four sets of internal O-rings, all in original packaging. Key features of the OxyProbe II sensor include a straight VarioPin connector, a new membrane design with an expandable silicone bladder within a 316L stainless steel cage, and automatic temperature compensation with a built-in thermistor. Designed for high-pressure environments up to 58 psig and temperatures up to 80°C, the sensor provides reliable readings, with a response time of 98% in 60 seconds at 25°C. The sensor body is made from cPVC with PTFE/Silicone reinforced membranes, ensuring long-lasting performance.
