The Bio Rad ALD1244 and PTC0200 DNA Engine Thermal Cycler is a highly versatile and efficient unit designed for laboratory use. This pre-owned thermal cycler, in very good condition, features a dual block setup with a 48-well capacity per block, allowing for two independent programs to run simultaneously. With a thermal range of 0-105°C and an accuracy of ±0.3°C, it offers NIST-traceable precision and excellent well-to-well uniformity of ±0.4°C within 30 seconds at 90°C. The compact design allows for easy interchange between sample blocks and heat pump assemblies. Its powerful Peltier-effect heat pumps support fast ramping rates of up to 3°C/sec. Ideal for PCR and DNA amplification applications, it includes power cord but no computer or data cables. Electrical compatibility includes 120V/220V and supports 50Hz/60Hz. This equipment provides a reliable and flexible solution for labs requiring high precision and adaptability in thermal cycling tasks.
