The Brooks 5860S/BC Smart Mass Flow Meter is a stand-alone instrument with microprocessor-based electronics on board. The unit is in great condition with slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. Smart Mass Flow Meters are primarily used to provide accurate measurements of gas flows, with the heart of these systems being the thermal mass flow sensor. This model is capable of controlling gas flows and achieving stable gas flows. This high-quality mass flow meter is capable of handling gases at maximum pressure of 300 bar. It has a flow rate range from 0-30 in/min, with flow signal adjustable via various software options.
