The MagMAX DNA Multi-Sample Ultra 2.0 Kit facilitates automation of genomic DNA extraction from a variety of sample types including whole blood, saliva, and buffy coat samples, utilizing magnetic bead-based technology. Key components include 4.5 mL Proteinase K, Binding Beads, multiple solution types totaling 171.5 mL, and Enhancer Solution, all stored at room temperature. Ideal for labs performing qPCR, next-generation sequencing, and microarray analysis, users can process up to 696 samples in 45 minutes without sample or buffer volume adjustments. Compatible with KingFisher Duo Prime and Flex systems for seamless automation.
