The Akta Pure 25L Chromatography System is a flexible and intuitive purification system designed for fast protein and antibody purification ranging from microgram to gram scale. The system includes the AKTA Pure 25 with a flow rate of up to 25 mL/min and a Fraction Collector F9-C which powers on and operates smoothly. The system offers an upgradeable UV monitor with dual-wavelength flexibility and a new way to address complex purification needs. With applications in affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and more, this chromatography system is compliant with industry standards and regulations, featuring multiple wavelength detection, multistep purification, and safety certifications. The ӒKTA pure chromatography system has been tested to specifications and powers on without errors, however, calibration is required to ensure accurate results. The present condition of the system shows some slight cosmetic blemishes, but it is fully operational and in excellent condition. Note that the system includes Unicorn Software. Software not included.
