The Molecular Devices SpectraMax i3 Platform is an innovative multi-mode microplate reader offering spectral-based absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence measurements. This model, housed in the United States, presents in good condition with minimal cosmetic wear from normal usage. Even though unable to fully test, the unit powers on and performs basic functions. Designed for more efficiency, it includes capabilities for western blotting, imaging, and fast kinetics with optional modular upgrades. Adapting to diverse applications, it effectively optimizes assays from low to medium-high throughput while conserving reagents. Key features include wavelength selection through cartridge filters and tunable monochromator, a wavelength range of 230-1000 nm, and precise photometric and fluorescence intensity performance. This system is ideal for applications such as cell imaging, DNA quantification, enzymatic assays, and viability assays. Note, software, computer, and other accessories are not included.
