The Gilson 306 HPLC Pump is a reliable and cost-effective pumping solution for analytical to preparative HPLC. Designed for multi-pump applications, it is a slave pump in Gilson chromatography systems and is controlled either by a computer with Gilson software or by a Gilson 305 Master pump acting as a system controller. This unit has been tested to specifications and has slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. It can be used in either isocratic or gradient HPLC with a wide range of flow rates from 10 L/min to 200 mL/min. For practical utility in the laboratory, it offers simple control through TRILUTION LC software or a standalone keypad, depending on the model. Accessories such as manometric modules, dynamic mixers, and a separate external pulse dampener can further enhance its pumping action. Intended for the purification technique of HPLC, it features a reciprocating pump with a single-piston interchangeable head and an operating pressure range of 1-600 bar. The hydraulic system ensures smooth flows, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in the laboratory.
