Description
The Agilent G1316A Column Compartment, a part of the HP Agilent 1100 Series HPLC, comprises dual heat exchangers for effective solvent pre-heating and a built-in automated column identification module with CAN cable. The unit compactly integrates into the 1100 Series HPLC stack. Its temperature controllable range spans from 10C below ambient to 80C, with a stability precision of ±0.15C. Designed for up to three 30 cm columns, the G1316A is engineered for temperature accuracy of ±0.8C. The Peltier heating and cooling mechanism allows rapid temperature adjustments, reaching target from ambient to 40C automatically within 5 minutes. Please note the unit is in fair used condition with certain minor errors that may affect functionality but are repairable, allowing continued application in HPLC processes.
