Designed for scalability from process development to full-scale production, the system is optimized for modern chromatography resins such as Capto and MabSelect SuRe families. The rotating pivot stand facilitates easy emptying and access for safe operation, while its design supports GMP environment sanitization. The system's traceable wetted components and polymers are compliant with USP class VI, 21 CFR 177, and free from animal origin, underpinned by IQ/OQ documentation. The AxiChrom columns are controlled by the UNICORN software using an ÄKTA system, which streamlines packing via the Intelligent packing wizard, ensuring high-quality packed beds with minimal manual intervention.
