Description
This AsahiKasei DAC HPLC Column HP 10x50, manufactured in 2018, is in excellent condition with little to no cosmetic damage. It is designed for the purification of low molecular weight therapeutics using chromatography media with particle sizes of 10 to 15 microns, capable of generating backpressures up to 100 bar. The column offers flexibility with fully separated hydraulics, allowing single hydraulic cart operation for columns with similar specs but not used simultaneously, thus minimizing capital costs and optimizing resource allocation. Made of 316L stainless steel with FDA-compliant fluorinated seals, it supports both organic and aqueous mobile phases and provides full traceability for all product contact parts. The versatile design, with options for electropolishing, temperature control through jacketing, and compliance with ASME and CE directives, ensures adaptability to various application needs.
