The Luminex LX200 is a versatile analytical system, providing simultaneous measurement of up to 100 analytes per microplate well. Operating on flow cytometry principles, it utilizes xMAP technology with color-coded magnetic beads for dual-laser detection, making it ideal for multiplex bioassays in research and diagnostics. Widely utilized in immunology, cancer, and endocrinology research, this system comprises the Luminex 100/200 Analyzer and Luminex SD Sheath Delivery unit. Although not fully tested, the unit powers on and completes basic tests without errors. Note: Computer is not included. The Luminex 200 is compatible with Invitrogen ProcartaPlex and QuantiGene Plex assays, offering precision, cost-effectiveness, and high sensitivity in protein and nucleic acid detection.
