Manufacturer’s Warranty: Harloff provides a 12‑year warranty on all U.S. and Canadian shipments for parts they manufacture, including cabinets, drawers, cart bodies, and structural components. International shipments carry a 5‑year warranty, while non‑Harloff “bought‑out” parts include a 1‑year limited warranty. Wear items such as casters, locks, and plastics are excluded, along with damage from freight, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims require the unit’s serial number and customer‑paid inbound freight.

• A restocking fee and return freight will be charged for all returns.
