The Sitek Process Solutions 4300-S Semitool 4300 Spin Rinse Dryer (SRD) is a pre-owned semiconductor wet processing system designed for rinsing silicon wafers with deionized water and drying them using high-speed spinning and heated nitrogen. Manufactured in October 2019, this unit is mounted on a wheeled base for enhanced mobility and storage potential. It features a brushless motor, labyrinth seal, and single-bolt quick-disconnect rotor, making it ideal for modern semiconductor fabrication facilities. The system is capable of processing wafers up to 300mm in diameter. While the unit powers on successfully, buyers should validate its fitness for specific applications as full functional testing was not conducted due to unavailable process utilities.

Pre-owned Semitool 4300 Spin Rinse Dryer (SRD) removed from a working semiconductor facility. The unit powers on successfully; however, full functional testing could not be performed because the required DI water, nitrogen supply, and process utilities were unavailable. Cosmetic condition shows minor signs of normal industrial use. Please see photos for details.
